At the Kingston Keto Retreat on December 1, 2018, there is going to be a lot of information presented from our 4 guest speakers. If you have been following the Keto/LCHF way of eating for a while, you will have an opportunity to dive deep into some of the science that supports us in regaining our health and staying healthy. I wanted to emphasize, however, that there will also be lots of information provided that will be beneficial for someone who is new to Keto, or is thinking about trying it.
If you are just getting started in following a ketogenic diet, or you are considering reducing your carbs, or you want to try intermittent fasting but aren’t sure where to start, we will be providing all of this information and more at the Kingston Keto Retreat. If you have been “doing Keto” for a while, then you almost certainly have friends and family that have seen your success and would be interested in learning more.
